how are u suppost 2 kick and dribble?

when kicking do u kick with ur toes or do u bend them and kick? / and how do u cross and control the ball while after moving so fast.

    For kicking with your laces, try curling your toes towards your heel, point your foot down and lock your ankle.

    For dribbling, practice everyday changing directions with every surface of both feet--inside, outside, heel, bottom, toe, etc. Play around and be creative. Google up videos on youtube.com and sportskool.com for dribbling. There are few videos here: http://www.weplay.com/youth-soccer/drills/skills/ball-control

    If you want to drive the ball, use your laces. If you want to loft the ball, use the "Sweet spot". The instep of the big toe. But do NOT use your toe.
