how do i overcome my fear of throwing a back-handsprang in the grass even though i have to throw it on a gym floor

i have my back-handsprang on the mats at my gym pretty good. i know i have to throw on a gym floor later so i was going to practice in the grass but is too afraid. what should u do to overcome that fear

    Haha i know exactly how you feel, have someone spot you the first few times until you get used to the grass feeling

    i cheer.and i know exzactly how you feel.if yur going to do them on the ground.like on the grass.be careful.cuz yu have aNO rebound.be careful when yu put yur wrist down to come back up.so it doesnt hurt.i did mine and i jammed my wrist.but let yur coach or another cheerleader with experience help yu.

    try doin back walkovers first. after you get really really good since you dont have expirenced spotters around you, try like i did and stack pillows and just kindda throw yourself back then once you get confident just try fliping back.

    just do listen i can do a round off backhandspring in tha grass but i'm to scared to do it in my gym floor at my school just do iknow you can do it
