wall sits always are a good stretch (the kind when you lay with your back on the ground and spread your legs apart on the wall so gravity pulls them down)

Work on perfecting all jumps. Do stamina tucks and spread eagles. Work jumps using both legs, for example right and left herkies, right and left front hurdlers. Working both legs in jumps will help your toe touches be level and will strengthen both legs. As already noted, stretches will also help.

these are a couple of things i do to help me jump higher in basketball. stretch real good, jump boxes, jumping rope is a real good excercise to jump higher, switch jumps on legs, build calf musles, it's also good to make legs stronger so you can jump higher

here is a stretch that i do all the time to give my legs more strength.
sit on the floor in a a middle split and put one hand in front of your body and one in back. lift one of you legs up and hold it for 10 secs then switch legs and do the same thing. it helps alot with your toe touches. TRUST ME! i had the same problem
