That's the great thing about a group. Any Weplay member connected to your group will receive an activity feed notification on their dashboard when you post new content. They will also receive an email if they're opted in to receive group notifications.

I see you've already invited several people to your group, so you're off to a great start.

Group members can visit your team page to view or interact with content you've added. Events you add will also display on your group member's personal calendar.

How a member can update email notifications:

Click the "Account" menu link on the top navigation of any page. Proceed to select the "Email Preferences" option to adjust the settings.

Well if your in your team group you can write in there and your team and team members will know or you can write on you parents page, coach's page, ect.
