    if you mean start gym at 16 i think its okay cuz i started when i wuz 14

    If your 16 and mainly a cheerleader, tumbling classes will definently improve your overall cheer experience. I say go for it.

    I have many girls of the age 14-18 who are seeking more tumbling then gymnastics in general. I hold an open gym and work stunting and tumbling with squads.

    As long as you are wiling to learn you will find someone who is willing to teach. One of my athletes is 24 and got her round off back handspring this season. If you want it make it happen!!

    oh pretty hard im 15 but have trying since i was 8 and still nada so try just know it'll be a little hard
