            Sheree Mc Caw to Brent Anderson Hi Brent, We are out of town on the 29th. Lori asked me to check on a house in Mint Hill that is listed by Kathy Hindman. I did that. There is an issue with water. Her husband built this house and the house next to it. Kathy said if they were planning on staying, they would dig a well and get a water softener system. That is what the neighbor did and he is happy. She said that she had an easy credit union that has the house and it would easily close in 2 weeks tops. The house appraised off of construction for $150,000 more than what they have it listed for right now. She also said that she thought the credit union would pay for a softener system as part of the deal.
