Orioles pitcher Brian Matusz got his first win of the season last night against the Rays. Seamus named Matusz as a Young Gun to follow in the AL East in one of his reports on Kid Pitch. Matusz is off to a very good start this season. Good call Seamus!

Matusz, Adam Jones and Matt Wieters give Baltimore a very strong group of young players to build their team around. Although they probably won't be able to hang with the Yankees, Red Sox and Rays in the AL East this season, the Orioles have a bright future.
