B.A.S.E.S. will be conducting interactive youth clinics in your area and we would like you to be a part of it.
B.A.S.E.S. (Balance, Agility, Strength, Explosiveness, Speed) focuses where others don't; the athletic conditioning it takes for your youth athletes to improve performance, reduce injuries, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Join us for athletic conditioning clinics for athletes 8-18 years old. Kids, coaches, and parents will leave with an understanding that improved athletic conditioning has a significant impact on decreasing player injuries and increasing player performance. Participants will improve athletic conditioning through interactive "how-to" sessions.
