The NCAWPA Youth Dragon Boat program holds weekly practices and is geared toward teens, ages 12-18. Learn to paddle a dragon boat, meet new people, and have fun. The youth team, called the CAPITAL CITY DRAGONS, is training for the Philladelphia Dragon Boat Festival on October 2nd so come paddle with us/cheer us on!
