It’s time to share our Winning Moment selection for this week.
Thanks to the 13U Diablos from National City, California for uploading this “Winning Moment”. On October 10th, the Diablos quarterback #32 Scott proved that Peyton Manning isn’t the only athlete who can throw the football 30 plus yards for a TD.
Members of Pop Warner, the Diablo Jr Midgets shut out the San Yisdro Jaguars 30-0 for a huge "W” half way through their season schedule. Number 32’s pass was most certainly a highlight of the game.
The Diablos are headed to the Sun Bowl on December 5th with an impressive 11-1 record. Their single loss came at the hands of the North Long Beach Panthers in a close 22-20 defeat.
