    Age should never be the sole determinant. Maturity and skill can have very little to do with age. Rather, parents and field experts should assess, and take true steps to be FULLY supportive, whether one wants to climb a mountain or sail across the world

    If thats what you like to do then yea go for it but be very careful and have a blast doing it and reach your accomplishment of climbing those seven hills and show the world what a thirteen year old can do.
