Every morning at 10 a.m. sharp, our team stops what it's doing, meets in the middle of the office and goes around the circle with updates on what each person did yeterday and what they'll be working on today. We find it to be an extremely helpful and productive use of 10 minutes or so as a way to keep each other in the loop. It's a time to discuss updates, ask questions and improve our effeciency. We call it "The Stand-up" because we literally just stand up and gather. Every member of the team joins from the top down.

And when we say every member of the team in the office that day, we mean everyone...
