For a long time the Weplay Team has been eager to develop a PostGame experience that enables team organizers to better recap game and competition highlights. Sharing positive feedback, lessons learned and rewarding players for a job well done being at the core of this feature. Additionally, teams can look to the PostGame page as the main stage for tracking scores and sharing gameday photos & videos.
So, just before the launch of the fall sports season, we sent the PostGame page live. And so far, we've been thrilled with the number of active organizers who make use of the feature. Plus, the process is simple.
Shortly after a scheduled game ends, the team organizer receives an email from Weplay, directing them to fill out their PostGame page. The organizer is responsible for entering game details, feedback and sharing props or words of wisdom. Once the base of information is filled in, the organizer then sends out a team message, linking all team members to the latest PostGame page. While the organizer kicks things off, full participation from players, the coaching staff and parents is needed to make the feature a valuable social experience.
Of course, what would a PostGame page be without a PreGame experience? I'll walk you through this flow, then give you a full how to for launching your PostGame page.
Let's get started:
The PostGame page has already been a huge success to many of our teams and we would love to know how it's working for you. Send us any feedback or questions you may have about this new feature to: support@weplay.com.
