The Weplay community is only as strong as our users.
So twice a week, we'll post a Shout Out highlighting those power users who are actively engaged and provide that something extra we all value on the site. Devoted Weplay bloggers to group organizers and media gurus, we want to put the spotlight on you.
There are endless outlets for members to contribute on Weplay.
Do you post weekly words of wisdom for your players? Mom and Dad, are you networking and sharing tips with other youth sports parents from across the nation? Players, are you sharing game videos with your teammates and friends?
We had to kick off our inaugural Shout Out by giving props to long-time Weplay user Ryan Gman, 14, from Miami, Florida. If you haven’t stopped by his profile page or groups, then you should. He’s an avid baseball fan and he’s not afraid to let you know.
Ryan spreads his love of the game on Weplay by blogging, celebrating his favorite pro athletes and sports mentors and by passionately participating in baseball groups.
Just check out his New York Yankees Champions group. Ryan recruits members, preserves the value of the group by updating it daily and is always looking for ways to improve it. Most importantly, he communicates and interacts with all of his 200 friends.
Ryan, thank you for sharing your passion on Weplay. You are a perfect example of how members can find a greater value and role in the larger Weplay community as an individual athlete. You don't limit your interactions on Weplay to a team experience and that deserves a Shout Out!
Keep on expanding, learning, sharing and helping out the baseball community you enjoy.
If you’re celebrating youth sports and active lifestyles on Weplay, you could be the next member we Shout Out.
