The Iowa Rockets 14U volleyball team is all ears as Coach Sanders dishes out some helpful pointers during a team time out. As with many teams, great coaching and teamwork are the keys to the Rocket's success this season.

The Rockets went head-to-head with the Rockwood Thunder this weekend in St Louis, MO. The ladies came out with a huge 2-0 win, beating the Thunder in two close sets, 25-22 and 25, 17. Well done, Rockets - that's 37 wins so far this season!
