Sports parents and coaches dish out helpful advice to their kids and players all the time. Drink lots of liquids - Eat a healthy meal before the game - Take off your cleats before walking in the house.
Parents deserve the same courtesy. That’s why Weplay is looking forward to posting the sports parents “Tip of the Month” – developed by our wonderful partners at The National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS) and PlaySportsTV (PSTV).
The National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS) and PlaySportsTV (PSTV) continue to serve the youth sports community by delivering the necessary tools for educating youngsters.
The title of their first Sports Parenting Tip of the Month is, Sports Parenting: Supporting Your Athlete. It’s all about Praise, Praise and more Praise. Young athletes need positive reinforcement from youth sports coaches and parents.
